Introduction:

The Deanship of e-learning and Baar Education at King Faisal University manages the Deanship's interaction with the associated students by collecting their data from different channels, analyzing this data, and developing and improving the e-services provided to them, in order to reach the best relationship between the university and the students. And meet their need, in the best ways, the fastest and easiest.

This system identifies and delivers the most important financial and academic services for the affiliated students. This is in addition to the services of the academic record, the academic map, inquiring about the final test centers, submitting grievances regarding the test results, and inquiring about the status of these grievances.

Beneficiary Relationship Management System Services:

First: Financial Services:

1. Payment Instructions:

These are illustrated instructions explaining to students step-by-step ways to pay tuition fees through ATMs, or through direct payment at the university site.

2 - Query about the student's financial situation:

This service displays the financial status of the student, whether or not he has paid the tuition fees in full.

3- A statement of the tuition fees paid

This service enables affiliated students (employees) to obtain a certified statement of tuition fees paid by them to be submitted to their employers for the recovery of fees paid from their own account. This service is also useful for anyone who wants to know how to calculate the tuition fees per semester. .

Second: Academic Services:

1- Academic record:

The student is presented with a list of all the subjects he studied, a statement of her credit hours, and the grades obtained

2. Academic map:

Shows the student's performance of his operations on electronic systems. All these activities related to the quarterly works are filtered in this map according to the mechanism followed by the Deanship.

3- Query about the final test centers:

This service enables the student to inquire about the location of the final exam center where they will perform their tests.

4. Query the results of tests:

This service displays the results of the students in the last semester, according to their specialization, and the subjects registered for it.

Grievances:

Allows a student to file a grievance complaint if they are dissatisfied with their test scores.
